Segep's general goal is to make quality of life programs conducted by the TCU available to 100% of its employees. Since some in-person actions are hampered by the pandemic, solutions have been created such as video-based workplace exercise classes and adaptations of appointments through video calls. Those are creative examples that help employees who need attention during this difficult time.
