During this stage, the participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on the challenges and achievements of the exercise of leadership in an immersive environment.
The third stage of the program, scheduled for February 2025, will be held online. This stage will culminate in the release of a final report and a closing webinar, summarizing the learning from previous stages.
The ProInter-TCU reaffirms the Court's commitment to promoting equity and diversity, contributing to the strengthening of networks of female leadership and the construction of a more inclusive and egalitarian future.
