Serzedello Corrêa Institute for Capacity Building launches second edition of the “Women in Leadership” Exchange Program
The Serzedello Corrêa Institute for Capacity Building (ISC), the School of Government of the Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), is launching the 2nd edition of the “Women in Leadership” Exchange Program. The program is aimed at women who currently hold or aspire to leadership roles in Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) linked to the Organization of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (OISC/CPLP) and the Organization of Latin American and Caribbean Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS).
The initiative aims to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge related to human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and gender-sensitive budgeting.
The program will be developed in three stages:

Stage 1 – Preparation: November 4 to 8, 2024, online.

Stage 2 – Training: November 25 to 29, 2024, in-person.

Stage 3 – Consolidation: February 2025, online.
A total of 40 spots will be offered, distributed as follows:
The OISC-CPLP will have 14 spots, allocated for the following countries: Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor.
OLACEFS will have 21 spots, allocated for the following countries: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curaçao, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela.
Participants will be selected by their respective SAIs based on the following criteria:

Being a woman.

Being employed by a Supreme Audit Institution that is a member of OISC-CPLP or OLACEFS or being a civil servant at SAI Brazil.

Having at least three years of continuous work experience in the SAI.

Holding or aspiring to hold a leadership position (team management) within the respective SAIs.

Not having participated in the 1st edition of ProInter – Women in Leadership (2023).

Not having attended the Woman’s Leadership Workshop with professor Gisèle Szczyglak.
To participate in the exchange program as a SAI Brazil representative, the Court's employees must register for the selection process in accordance with the guidelines in Edital-ISC 23, of 8/27/2024.
