“My story in TCU begins in 1992, when I was approved in a public tendering for the position of Finance and External Control Analyst. Six years later, through a new tender, I assumed the post of Minister-substitute, in which I remained until 2001, when I became Minister of the court. Therefore, besides the personal growth and satisfaction in having, today, the opportunity to occupy the last link in the chain of the court trial process, integrating the TCU collegiate allows me to contribute to the development of public management.
The external control has the task to monitor, assess, guide and correct the acts of those who manage public resources and, as member of a judging body, I carry with me the responsibility to ensure the compliance with the principles and rules applicable to the Public Administration, always seeking the realization of its main objective: the service of the public interest and the real demands of society.”
