"Acting as judge of the Federal Court of Accounts is equivalent to having the unique opportunity to participate, in a technical, fair, impartial, equitable and non-partisan manner, in decisions on the external control of public administration and the management of federal government resources, in benefit of the population.

Means, at last, to contribute to the achievement and consolidation of the fundamental objectives of the Federative Republic of Brazil in the constant construction of a free, fair, caring and developed society. This is my contribution to the present generations and future ones. "
