Experience with ChatTCU Shared with Peru's Office of the Comptroller General
During a technical meeting, TCU representatives demonstrated how the tool is used and highlighted key aspects of its technological infrastructure

The Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) held a technical meeting with representatives from the Office of the Comptroller General of Peru to share its expertise in digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence applied to government auditing. The meeting marked the beginning of collaboration between the institutions and provided an opportunity to exchange experiences on planning, information management, and the modernization of oversight services.
Wagner Miranda, Deputy Secretary of the TCU's Department of Information Technology and Digital Evolution, opened the meeting. Next, Monique Louise de Barros, an auditor with the Artificial Intelligence Unit (NIA), presented ChatTCU, highlighting its evolution, the main results achieved, and the new features introduced in version 7.0. These include the ability to select different language models, greater user customization, internet search, file and image uploads, a prompt library, and new specialized agents for case analysis.
The TCU team also provided details on the solution's technical aspects, including its architecture, integration with corporate systems, and technological infrastructure. ChatTCU currently has more than 3,750 active users and is integrated with systems such as e-TCU, Integrated Search, e-Controle, and SisLegis.
The Peruvian delegation expressed interest in signing a memorandum of understanding concerning ChatTCU and highlighted its intention to use solutions of this kind to expand the adoption of artificial intelligence nationwide. At the end of the meeting, the Court expressed its willingness to share information and continue discussions on cooperation.
This was the first of four meetings scheduled between the institutions. The upcoming meetings will address topics such as Planning and Budgeting, Modernization, and Risk Management.
Also attending the meeting on behalf of the TCU were auditors Sarah Lima Bezerra and Leonardo Augusto Pacheco, from the specialized IT unit, and Luís Gustavo de Azevedo, Juliana Laís Almeida, Vinícius Ferreira Christofoleti, and Leonardo Cabral Rezende, from the Department of International Relations. Representing Peru's Comptroller General were Information Technology Manager Guillermo Tomás Uribe and Deputy Manager of Information Systems and Data Analysis Marco Antonio Bermúdez Torres.
