The Federal Court of Accounts - Brazil launched the Information Panel for Supreme Audit Institutions (InfoSAI)
The main goal of the Panel is to consolidate information and data from Intosai's 195 SAIs. Aspects related to the organization and functioning of the SAI, structure, tenure of the head of the institution, external control of government accounts, mandate and types of audits performed are available.
Today, the Panel has 87 institutions, in 3 languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English. In order to compose the Panel, an exhaustive survey was made and included the websites of the SAIs and the legislation of their respective countries to gather the necessary information.
