Senior Officials Take Part in Course on Digital Leadership

Digital and Sustainable Leadership Academy Program at the renowned Tsinghua University

From October 20 to 24, the Secretary General of the Presidency, Cláudia Jordão, the Secretary General of Government Audit, Juliana Pontes, the Secretary General of Administration, Alessandro Laranja, and the Chief of Staff to the President, Ricardo Gaban Fernandez, participated in the Digital and Sustainable Leadership Academy Program at the renowned Tsinghua University, in China.

The program addressed topics such as innovation, management trends, the use of artificial intelligence in government, digital governance, public leadership, and sustainability. The initiative reflects the Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) commitment to the continuous professional development of its senior officials in areas that add value to the institution.

Founded in 1911, Tsinghua University is one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in China and worldwide. Located in Beijing, on the former site of an imperial garden, the university combines academic tradition with a strong focus on research, innovation, and global leadership.

CNAO - On October 23, the TCU delegation was also received at the National Audit Office of China (CNAO) by the Deputy Auditor General, Wang Benqiang, and the Director General of the International Department, Jiang Haiying, among other senior officials. On the occasion, the institutions discussed key areas of mutual interest and the possibility of exchanging best practices, as well as aspects related to the functioning of both audit bodies.
