Seminar Explores Quality Management in Supreme Audit Institutions
OLACEFS Meeting to Discuss the Implementation of a Systemic Approach to Quality Management in SAIs on June 23

The Commission on Performance Evaluation and Performance Indicators of the Organization of Latin American and Caribbean Supreme Audit Institutions (Cedeir/OLACEFS), in partnership with IDI/INTOSAI, is hosting the webinar Quality That Transforms: The Contribution of a Systemic Approach to Quality Management in SAIs (SoAQM) .
The event will take place on June 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Brasília time). It aims to promote the exchange of experiences and best practices related to quality management and assurance systems in Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), with a focus on the implementation of the systemic approach to quality management (SoAQM).
During the webinar, participants will share progress, lessons learned, and regional experiences resulting from the implementation of this initiative. The event will feature contributions from IDI experts, representatives of various SAIs in the region, and international cooperation organizations.
The Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) will be represented by auditor Bruno Loureiro Mahé, who will deliver a presentation during the event's second panel, as outlined in the agenda.
