OLACEFS Holds Webinar on Sustainable Infrastructure
Virtual event brings together international experts to share experiences and discuss key challenges in the field

The Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS), in partnership with the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), is holding the third webinar in the series Applied approaches and perspectives for sustainable infrastructure audits. The virtual event takes place on Wednesday, June 3, and is coordinated by OLACEFS Capacity Building Committee (CCC).
This edition will focus on Auditing sustainable infrastructure: experiences from the Supreme Audit Institution of Canada. Experts will present findings and lessons learned from infrastructure audits, addressing topics such as climate resilience, flood risk, the use of sustainable construction materials, and the financial impacts of climate change.
AdaptaInfra is a joint initiative by OLACEFS and GIZ that incorporates climate change adaptation and climate justice principles into infrastructure audit criteria. The partnership strengthens sustainable oversight in the region by promoting innovative methodologies and technical cooperation among audit institutions.
The webinar will be held on Zoom, starting at 11:00 a.m. (Brasília time), with simultaneous interpretation in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
