The capitalization of Eletrobras was an innovative action by the State in terms of privatization. In addition to being the privatization of the largest electric energy company in the country, the methodology used to dilute the Government’s control over the company differed from those already carried out until then. This document brings some information on what TCU audited, volume of funds envolved and the results of it.
